Jakob Hartz | Jakob Hartz is an Austin-based jazz pianist and composer who originally hails from Portland, Oregon. Hartz began his studies in Portland, honing his craft through studying with pianist George Colligan and drummer Alan Jones. After moving to Austin, he is now in his third year of studies at the University of Texas at Austin, studying jazz under the mentorship of internationally acclaimed saxophonist Diego Rivera. Since then, Hartz has shared the bandstand with local and national jazz legends, including Mike Sailors, Diego Rivera, Christian Wiggs, Andre Hayward, Danny Jonokuchi, Elias Haslanger, Daniel Dufour, and Ryan Hagler. Hartz presents a sophisticated compositional approach, taking inspiration from the orchestral writing of Maurice Ravel to the big band sounds of Thad Jones and Gil Evans. Hartz has had the opportunity to premiere his compositions with the University of Texas Jazz Orchestra, and his work has been heard in such venues as the Elephant Room and Monk’s Jazz Club.

Douglas Blatt | Douglas Blatt is a professional musician based in Austin, Texas, and has extensive performance experiences across the region as well as national and international appearances. Douglas is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Jazz Drum Set Performance at The University of Texas at Austin.
At the start of Douglas' professional career, he joined Indie-Rock band West 22nd, and Psychedelic Blues-Rock R&B band This Side of Grey. Douglas' drumming can be recognized on West 22nd's EP - All The Way Home (2023), Sleeping Alone (2024). Along with This Side of Grey's Sinking Love (2024).
Although early in his career, Douglas has made multiple appearances nationally and internationally. These include being an official artist at SXSW in 2023 and 2024, being featured on the New York Times Square Billboard, having over 1.5 million total streams on Spotify and Apple Music with West 22nd, and winning multiple first place awards at international drum competitions in Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and China.

Kevin Hrabak | Following in the lineage of iconic jazz masters from across the decades, Kevin Hrabak is an Austin-based trombonist, vocalist, composer and educator who's spent the last three years at The University of Texas at Austin studying Jazz.
With a sound that has become familiar amongst jazz enthusiasts in clubs from Monks to The Elephant Room, Hrabak’s charm and interpretation of the Great American Songbook has cemented his place as a rising star in the Live Music Capitol of the World.
Hrabak has shared the stage with national and local luminaries including Mike Sailors, Andre Hayward, Daniel Foose, Christian Wiggs, Danny Jonokuchi, Kate Kortum, Daniel Dufour, and Michael Mordecai. Dedicated to the transference of knowledge, Hrabak is in the final stretch to finishing his third year of jazz performance training at the University of Texas — under the direction of internationally recognized and award winning saxophonist, Diego Rivera.
